Lindze Brock is a creative director, brand strategist, and systems-minded problem solver with a foundation built in the trenches of web development, design, marketing, and media. Her career began in the celebrity world, designing web experiences for names you’ve heard and teams you haven’t. She became known not just for delivering high-traffic digital platforms, but for spearheading creative ideas that shaped how talent and brands showed up online and in social media.
By 2011, she founded her solo agency PaveEleven, where she jumped feet first into brand contracts, creative consulting, and leading development projects across industries—retail, B2B, crypto, finance, pet wellness, tech, and industrial sectors, just to name a few. What sets her apart is the rare combination of hands-on experience and high-level thinking. She’s done the video editing, written the copy, structured the UI, sketched the wireframes, designed the ad, and coded the site. So when she leads a team or directs a brand, she knows exactly what it takes to make things run right—and what happens when they don’t.
Lindze is outspoken when it counts, always willing to raise a flag if something risks the integrity of the brand. She’s reliable, colorful, blunt when necessary, and deeply intentional. Behind every bold visual or polished headline is a system—and that system better work. After all, a great brand is only as strong as its backend clarity.
She comes from a long line of self-starters and first responders, with generational business owners on her mother’s side. That legacy shows up in her work ethic: fast, resilient, and full of brand-saving solutions before most people finish the briefing.
Outside of work, Lindze’s hands are still busy—lifting weights, planting gardens, building furniture, or helping her neighbors. Creative by nature, direct by design, and always ready to get to work.
